INDEPENDENCE DAY

On August 15, 2024, CMS College of Education celebrated Independence Day with great enthusiasm and reverence. This marks not only the commemoration of India’s hard-won freedom but also serves as a reminder of the impact of the Partition. The day began with flag hoisting ceremony, followed by cultural performances showcasing the rich diversity of Indian heritage. Students presented dances, and patriotic songs that reflect the spirit of unity and resilience.

CHILDREN'S DAY CELEBRATIONS

November 14th marked a special day at Government Higher Secondary School, Kuniamuthur, as the students and faculty came together to celebrate Children's Day. This annual event holds great importance as it commemorates the birth anniversary of Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister, who was fondly known as Nehru mama for his love for children. The celebration kicked off with the introduction of five new clubs: Kurinji, Mullai, Marudham, Neithal, and Paalai. Students were split into these clubs, fostering teamwork and camaraderie. The highlight of the event was the gift-giving ceremony, where students were presented with thoughtful gifts, bringing smiles to their faces.The event was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impression on the students.
