ENVIORNMENT CONSERVATION DAY

As part of Environment Awareness Day, students were encouraged to bring waste from their homes to school. In exchange for the collected waste, students received gifts, promoting a unique 'waste-for-reward' initiative. This creative approach instilled a sense of responsibility among students, fostering a culture of environment conservation and sustainability. The we're also shown a movie on the same.

YOGA WORKSHOP

Yoga is an ancient mind-body practice that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Yoga is a practice that aims to unite the mind, body, and spirit, leading to a state of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As a part of this CMS College of Education conducted a two day workshop on yoga and its importance on April 3 2024 and April 4 2024. This motivated students towards performing Yoga in regular basis which can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. It can also help to reduce pain, improve sleep, and boost the immune system.
