COMPUTER SKILLS FOR TEACHERS INAUGRATION CEREMONY

On 21 November my college conducted Computer Skills for teachers inaugural ceremony. In this ceremony they introduced a new course that focuses on providing basic computer skills to students. Mrs.V.K Subashini the head of the Computer Science Department introduced us to this course. Higher authorities from management of CMS College of Education also attend the event. I along with my classmates got a chance to host the event.

On November 29, students of Government Higher Secondary School, Kuniamuthur, participated in the Science Expo conducted by Smile Foundation . The event showcased innovative experiments and models created by students, demonstrating their scientific prowess. With enthusiasm and creativity, students presented their projects, highlighting complex concepts in an engaging and accessible manner. The expo fostered a spirit of curiosity, innovation, and scientific inquiry among participants.

YOGA WORKSHOP

Yoga is an ancient mind-body practice that originated in India over 5,000 years ago. Yoga is a practice that aims to unite the mind, body, and spirit, leading to a state of physical, mental, and emotional well-being. As a part of this CMS College of Education conducted a two day workshop on yoga and its importance on April 3 2024 and April 4 2024. This motivated students towards performing Yoga in regular basis which can improve flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination. It can also help to reduce pain, improve sleep, and boost the immune system.
